Covid-19 Update

Both our vehicle hire and garage desks are operating normally.

Vehicle Hire
Our procedures have been adapted for contactless handover and check-in of hire vehicles and all vehicles are sanitised both before and after each hire. We will advise you of current procedures at the time of booking.

Garage Services
Contactless procedures are in place and contact points on customers’ vehicles are sanitised both before work is carried out and prior to collection.

Please note that we must ask you not to bring any vehicle in if you, or it, have been exposed to anyone showing Covid-19 symptoms

We continue to follow official guidance from the government and health authorities and our Covid 19 control measures have been audited and certified by the IGA.

Our commitment to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness has involved a number of procedural changes, including:

  • Regular cleaning of contact points such as counter tops, door handles, card readers, taps and pens with anti-bacterial products and disinfectant;
  • Asking all visitors to use the hand sanitiser provided as they enter our premises;
  • Asking all visitors to wear a mask whilst in our buildings;
  • Limiting the number of visitors in reception at any one time;
  • Sanitising vehicles prior to, and on return from rental, making sure that steering wheels, door handles, gear sticks and any other contact points are disinfected thoroughly;
  • Making sure that contact points on customers’ vehicles are sanitised both before work is carried out and prior to collection;
  • Reminding all employees of the importance of thorough and frequent hand-washing to minimise the spread where possible.

We will continue to keep you updated through our social media accounts and website to ensure that we provide the best available information relating to any necessary closures or changes to our services.  We are committed to remaining open for everyone for as long as it is safe to do so.
