All our rental vehicles are the latest models drawn from the
UK's leading manufacturers. Before each hire, all vehicles
undergo a 100+ item pre-rental check and are valeted inside
and out.
Our
rental staff have a wealth of experience in vehicle hire and
are keen to help with any related enquiry. We have the back
up of a fully equipped workshop and can therefore offer a
level of support and flexibility rarely found in the rental
industry.

All Kenhire's commercial vehicles can be rented by the hour
or overnight - ideal if you have a load that will only take
a short time to deliver.
Evening
hire rates are also available on our minibuses as well, so
you don't need to pay for a whole day if you're attending
an evening function. |

Reminder: To qualify for savings from hourly rates you must
return within office hours - we are open from 8am to 5.30pm
Monday to Saturday. |

Single day rentals usually run from 8.00am or 5.00pm for 24
hours, but all hires can be extended for an extra 12 hours
overnight for the cost of one extra CDW charge (as little
as £4.00 + VAT on daily rentals).

about this option when you book.

If you need to leave your hire vehicle at another location,
let us know your destination and we will quote for a one way
rental. We can arrange to collect both cars and vans from
anywhere in the UK (or indeed overseas).
Rental
Reminder: For a single trip it is usually cheaper to take
the driver with you; the drivers we use are ex-policemen and
they will return the vehicle once you have fininshed with
it. |

All Kenhire's vehicles can be taken abroad. We handle all
the paperwork (green cards, bail bonds, VE103 certificates,
roadside assistance documents, passenger waybills, etc.) and
provide a continental touring pack (first aid kit, warning
triangle, bulb kit) for use in emergencies.

Reminder: Drivers must use the tachographs fitted in minibuses
when driving overseas. |

Rental Reminder: Before returning to the UK, check that no
illegal immigrants have concealed themselves in your vehicle,
as you will be responsible for the fine of £2000 per

For private individuals and sole traders wanting a car with
all the benefits of contract hire, a Personal Contract Plan
is the best option. Popular with employees taking a car allowance
instead of a company car, a PCP offers you a low deposit,
fixed monthly payments and the option to purchase the car
at a pre-set price at the end of the contract.

of new and used car deals are available every day, or alternatively
we can price the car of your choice. To provide a competitive
quotation we need the following details:
- The
make, model and full specification of your chosen car.
- New
or used car preferred?
- Estimated
annual mileage.
- Length
of hire (usually 2 or 3 years).
- Is
maintenance required?
- Amount
available for deposit.
If
you can’t decide which car is best for you, let us have
your basic requirements (size, accessories, price, etc.) and
we will tell you what we think is the ‘best buy’
for you.

Reminder: PCPs usually include early termination insurance;
so if your circumstances change you can be released from the

The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association is the
trade association for the rental industry, enforcing a strict
Code of Conduct to ensure that customers of BVRLA members
receive good value and service.
Kenhire
have been members of the BVRLA for nearly 30 years and frequently
undergo random inspections by both the RAC and Freight Transport
Association to ensure that our cars and commercial vehicles
are operated in accordance with the Association's Quality
Control Scheme. |

All inspections carried out have resulted in unqualified passes
and the BVRLA have congratulated Kenhire for "complying,
in such an exemplary fashion, with the Association's Code
of Conduct in respect of the quality of vehicles provided
for your customers and your maintenance and inspection systems".
