Daily Rental

Self drive hire, the service that Kenhire is renowned for, is the most flexible way of providing transport to meet a short-term requirement.

Whether you want a car while yours is in for service or accident repair, a van to deliver some goods or move house with, or a minibus for a family holiday or staff outing, Kenhire has got the widest range of vehicles in the south east of England and will give you a choice of options.

All our rental vehicles are the latest models drawn from the UK's leading manufacturers. Before each hire, all vehicles undergo a 100 item pre-rental check and are valeted inside and out.

Our rental staff have a wealth of experience in vehicle hire and are keen to help with any related enquiry. We have the back up of a fully equipped workshop and can therefore offer a level of support and flexibility rarely found in the rental industry.

Long Term Contract Hire

Full Maintenance Contract hire is a popular way for businesses to operate vehicles, reducing costs, risks and workload in one go.

Full maintenance contract hire is another area in which Kenhire can help. With agreements tailored to your specific needs, we can supply brand new models of your choice or vehicles from our rental fleet - at rates that will surprise you.

Our standard contract packages include all servicing, maintenance and parts, immediate free replacement vehicle, roadside assistance and road fund tax as well as the personal attention of the Kenhire staff, thereby ensuring that your company fleet runs smoothly and cost-effectively.

To provide a competitive quotation all we need are details of your preferred vehicle and optional extras, estimated mileage and length of hire. You can then let us take away your transport headaches leaving you free to run your business.

Short Term Rental

All Kenhire's commercial vehicles can be rented overnight or by the hour - ideal if you have a load that will only take a short time to deliver.

To qualify for savings from hourly rates you must return the rental vehicle within office hours - we are open from 8am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Evening hire rates are also available on our minibuses as well, so you don't need to pay for a whole day if you're just attending an evening function.

To obtain an evening hire price online, enter the pick up time as 5.00pm and the return time as 8.00am.

Note:
Hourly rentals cannot be booked in advance or online
Evening hires are not available for Saturday or Sunday evenings.

Overseas Hire

All Kenhire's vehicles can be taken abroad, although we limit hires to western Europe only.

We handle all the paperwork and include everthing you are likely to need.

The price we give you will include the following:

• Emergency European Roadside Assistance
• Green Card Insurance documentation
• VE103 Certificate
• Bail Bond
• Passenger Waybill (where appropriate)
• Tachograph (where appropriate)
• Continental Touring Pack (first aid kit, warning triangle, bulb kit, fluorescent jacket) for use in emergencies.

Vehicles can be booked online for overseas use, just make sure that you select the overseas option when you reach the relevant section in the reservation.

Note:
Vehicles cannot be taken out of the UK without Kenhire's written conent.
Drivers must use the tachographs fitted in minibuses when driving overseas and will therefore need a digital driver card. We can supply DVLA forms if you need to apply for a card.
